RECRUITMENT PROCESS

TABLING
During the first week of each semester head to Cornell Hall and stop by our table to learn about the recruitment process. This is a great way to ask any questions you may have and meet a few Deltasig brothers. There you can sign up for recruitment or go to our Instagram @mizzoudsp to access the application.
SPEED NETWORKING
The first two days of recruitment consist of speed networking in either casual or business casual attire. Rushees will get the chance to meet the chapter and to get to know as many active members as possible. This is a casual environment for both rushees and active members to have fun and make new connections. This spring semester, our brothers met with rushees to hear pitches for a new superhero.
PROFESSIONAL SPEAKER
This is the final night of recruitment before interviews. A professional speaker will come to speak to the entire chapter and rushees about their life and professional experiences. The speaker will be followed by one last speed networking event to leave any final impressions before the interviews the next day. Professional business attire is required for this event. Most recently, Sherry Mariea spoke with us about the importance of taking risks and owning your future.
INTERVIEWS
Congratulations! You've made it to the interview round of recruitment. Rushees will sign up for a time slot on that Friday and be interviewed by both executive and active members. This should be treated as any other interview so come in business professional attire and a copy of your resume for the interviewers. Good luck and you should hear back late next week!
